Lodging

Keep the party going with on-site lodging. If your dates are at all flexible, please let us know. We book up quickly, especially on summer weekends, but we would love to find a way to host you. Rates are based on the desired date.

Grooms Suite - Indoor Golf

Our version of a groom’s suite—with better amenities. Get ready with your crew, hit a few rounds on Trackman, and keep the pre-ceremony nerves (and sunburns) at bay. No tee times, no rushing - just good vibes, cold bevs, and a guaranteed on-time arrival.

Coordination + Planning

Your day-of dreams handled. 1928 is our go-to venue manager and preferred coordinator, so from prep to teardown they’ve already walked this floor a thousand times. They’ll keep things seamless, handle vendor details, and let you show up as your radiant, stress-free self.

Heating + Air Conditioning

Nothing kills a dance floor faster than a room that’s too hot or too cold. The Solarium’s fully climate-controlled space keeps everyone comfortable year-round, from the grandparents to the groomsmen. Whether it’s July heat or October chill, we’ll keep the vibes perfect and the party rolling.

Transportation

Leave the logistics (and the keys) to the pros. Our preferred transportation partner, South Shore Brew Bus, keeps your crew moving safely and on schedule; from ceremony to reception to the afterparty. Fun, reliable, and always stocked with good energy (and great playlists).

Restrooms

Don’t take bathrooms for granted. You could be out in a field hoisting Grandma into a bath trailer. Not here. The Solarium offers spacious, stylish, and fully equipped restrooms, complete with ADA-compliant stalls in both. The women’s side includes four stalls, and the men’s includes three stalls plus two urinals. Comfort and convenience, handled.

Tables + Seating

The Solarium includes handcrafted farmhouse tables, classic round tables, and elegant chairs, all part of your venue rental. Mix and match to fit your vibe, from laid-back family-style dinners to formal plated receptions—one less thing on your to-do list (and one more thing to brag about).
