This list represents what is available to the client, including the rental fee, but it is not necessarily what each particular client will use. 

• Access to the venue from 11 am - 11 pm (bridal suite, garden, barrel room, dance floor, dining space) 

  • Use of the outside garden for the ceremony is an additional $1500.

(Outdoor space can be used for casual guest use during the event without a ceremony fee)

• Access to the bridal suite is at 11 am

• 8 am access to the bridal suite is an additional $300

• Indoor handicap-accessible restrooms

• Climate control

• Custom-built farmhouse sweetheart table 

• 23 Custom built farmhouse tables (seats 8)

• 450 Black padded resin chairs 

• Ten 60-inch round tables (seat 8, linens required)

• 10 Whiskey barrels for cocktail tables

• Cozy lounge area in the barrel room 

• Commissary kitchen access for caterers

• Complimentary Rehearsal

• Complimentary Beverage Consultation

• Setup and teardown of included Solarium furniture

• Venue Coordination with 1928 Planning Co.

  • Collaborative Personal Planning Workbook

  • Assignment to 1928 representative for planning tips and resources

  • Reception timeline creation

  • Scaled floor plan creation

  • Venue due date reminders

  • On-site visit to the venue

Additional coordination services are available through 1928 Planning Co. if alternate assistance is desired. Any services other than those listed above provided by 1928 will be outlined in a separate agreement with them. Day of representation: Venue Assistant pre-event, 1928 Event Assistant during and post-event add-on available.

Prices are subject to change at any time until a rental agreement has been signed and the deposit has been paid. A non-refundable deposit, half of your rental fee, is required with the completed rental agreement to reserve your date. Rental extends from 11 am-11 pm. Clients are free to employ any food caterer, coordinator, DJ, photographer, florist, or other vendors, except for bartenders.
